Down payments are non-refundable if order is cancelled.
Any products damaged in shipping must be reported within 24 hrs, and will be repaired or replaced at the choice of RLB.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered under any warrantee.
RLB reserves the right to determine if a presented problem has been caused by 1) misuse 2) material & workmanship defect 3) or is considered normal and acceptable.
Pine Log Pool Tables:
These have a lifetime guarantee while in possession of the original owner. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the choice of Rustic Log Billiards, at no cost to the customer. Any structural failure such as logs splitting or deteriorating to the point that it is not structurally sound is covered. Aiming dots/sights are guaranteed to remain in the rails. Because of normal wear, the cloth, cushions and pockets are only guaranteed to be in new condition upon arrival, then if no problems are reported within 24 hrs of delivery, they are excluded from this guarantee. Because of the possibility of settling, we can only guarantee the pool table to be level upon completion of setup, so it is important to have the installer show you that the table is acceptably level at time of initial setup. Further leveling may be required in the future as the table settles. Some flexing of the table when pushed on or leaned against is normal and is not considered a defect in material or workmanship. Sitting or laying on the table is not recommended and will void this guarantee.

Pine Cue Racks and Ball Triangles:
This comes with a 5-year guarantee while in possession of the original owner. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the choice of RLB, at no cost to the customer. Any structural failure such as logs splitting or deteriorating to the point that it is not structurally sound is covered. Triangles are guaranteed to lay flat on the table and to be sanded smooth to prevent splinters entering the cloth.
